Stretch and Restore
Join us for an intentionally slow and supportive yoga practice that begins with pranayama (breath work) & leads into a grounded stretching sequence to relieve tension, bring blood flow to the joints and detach from mental chatter. We'll take 3-5 restorative poses towards the end of class before relaxing into savasana - rest. All participants can expect to experience deep stretching, a calmer mind, a nervous system reset, and feelings of inner peace + bliss.
This workshop is $5 for Members, $12 for Guests!
