  • Stretch & Restore Yoga

    March 29. 10:30-11:30am

    Join us for an intentionally slow and supportive yoga practice that begins with pranayama (breath work) and leads into a grounded stretching sequence to relieve tension, bring blood flow to the joints and detach from mental chatter. We’ll take 3-5 restorative poses towards the end of class before relaxing into savasana (rest).

    All participants can expect to experience deep stretching, a calmer mind, a nervous system reset, and feelings of inner peace + bliss.

  • Horton Dance Workshop

    April 19. 11am-12pm

    Interested in exploring strength and mobility through movement? By learning a technique of dance, called Horton, you can begin to perform beyond your previous limits. Join Eleanor, a current dancer at the Ailey School in New York City, to get exposure to the rich history of modern dance culture. No experience or equipment is necessary, be prepared to sweat and have fun!
