Front Desk Staff:
Job Description + Expectations
Front Desk Staff are the first point of contact for our members and guests. They provide exceptional customer service, ensure the facility is clean and safe, and help create a welcoming, inclusive environment. This role blends hospitality, safety awareness, and climbing community knowledge to give every member and guest a great experience.
Qualifications
Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus
A reasonable level of previous rock climbing experience and expertise is recommended to effectively assist members and provide accurate information about climbing activities, safety procedures, and gear.
Compensation
Pay range $15-$18/hr, depending on experience and qualifications
Opportunities for professional development and pay increase after yearly reviews
Full gym membership benefits including retail discounts and one guest pass per month for all staff working at least 2 shifts per week
Youth Programs Staff:
Job Description + Expectations
We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Youth Rock Climbing Program instructor. The instructor will teach climbing to participants ages 3 - 15, and foster an environment that is safe, engaging, and inclusive. Our goal is to promote skill development, confidence, teamwork, and a love for climbing.
Consistent, year round availability is expected.
Qualifications
Strong climbing skills and knowledge of climbing safety and equipment
Strong communication skills
Availability to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends
Ability to pass a background check
Preferred:
Experience working with kids
Experience coaching climbing or another sport
CPR/First Aid Certification
Safesport Certification
Compensation
